Jennie, a member of BLACKPINK, has released her new solo video for "Mantra," which draws heavy inspiration from the 1998 action-comedy film Rush Hour. The video opens with a scene that mirrors an inciting moment from the film, paying homage to the classic movie. Throughout the video, Jennie showcases her signature fashion style, appearing in couture looks while posing with various classic cars in multiple Los Angeles locations, a nod to the setting of Rush Hour.

The release of "Mantra" follows closely on the heels of other BLACKPINK members' solo efforts. Rosé recently announced her upcoming album Rosie, and Lisa dropped her single "Moonlit Floor," inspired by Sixpence None The Richer.
