Dancing with the Stars leaderboard shakes up as no elimination occurs on Soul Train Night

No eliminations occurred on Dancing with the Stars' Season 33 Week 3 Soul Train Night, with leaderboard surprises.

In a pre-taped episode of Dancing with the Stars Season 33, Week 3, the celebrities and their professional dance partners performed to the music of Soul Train for a special theme night. As there was no live voting, no contestants were eliminated during the October 7 episode. Instead, the scores from this performance and the following night’s will be combined to determine who will go home later in the week.

Topping the leaderboard once again were Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong, who earned the first 9’s of the season with their Run-DMC-inspired routine, securing 36 points. Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber made a surprising leap to second place with a score of 35. Meanwhile, Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson landed in third with a score of 34.

At the bottom of the leaderboard, Reginald VelJohnson and Emma Slater struggled, receiving only 21 points for their foxtrot. Additionally, NBA star Dwight Howard and Daniella Karagach dropped to second-to-last with 23 points after starting the season strong. Rosie Perez joined the judging panel as a guest judge for this episode.

With no eliminations on Soul Train Night, fans will have to wait until the next episode to see who will be sent home.
