Badri School scores superb volleyball win in School Games

Alpha College secured the top spot in the dodgeball competition with an impressive display of strategy and teamwork at the National School Games 2024, organized under the banner of PSSO at Muhammad Siddique Memon Sports Complex.

Progressive School claimed the runner-up spot, while Public School Mirpurkhas clinched third place with a commendable performance.

The Girls' under-19 futsal final featured a thrilling match between Karachi Grammar School (KGS) and Nixor College. KGS displayed an extraordinary performance, defeating Nixor 3-1 to win the championship.

Similarly, in the under-17 final, KGS maintained their dominance, beating Alpha College 4-0 to take home the trophy.

In the boys volleyball final, Badri School put up an excellent performance, defeating Karachi Grammar School (KGS) 2-1 to claim victory. On the other hand, in the girls' final, KGS triumphed over Badri High School by 2-0.

Adil Askari, MPA Sindh was the chief guest at the closing ceremony while guests of hounourincluded Rashid Qureshi, PSSO President Gohar Raza, Secretary M. Riaz, and M. Rafi Ahsan Raza.

The National School Games 2024 have served as a remarkable platform for young athletes to hone their skills and have provided them with great encouragement.

No less than 110 schools and institutions from across the country are participating in the mega event.
