TikTok star Taylor Rousseau Grigg has tragically passed away at the age of 25. Her husband, Cameron Grigg, announced her unexpected death on Saturday, Oct. 5, in an emotional Instagram post, revealing that her passing was "sudden and unexpected." Taylor remains in the hospital for organ donation, a testament to her selfless nature, according to Cameron.

“No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age,” Cameron wrote, sharing photos of the couple. He reflected on how Taylor, despite enduring significant pain and suffering over the past year, continued to be "a light" to those around her. Cameron shared that Taylor's organs were being kept viable for donation, stating, "More than anything, Taylor would want to know that she’s continuing to save people’s lives even after she’s gone from this world."

Taylor’s death comes just a month after she celebrated her 25th birthday in September. In a TikTok video posted on Sept. 9, titled "Spend My Bday with Me," she documented her day celebrating with her husband, including a birthday brunch and a trip to Target.

Cameron also revealed the couple had been facing financial difficulties due to Taylor’s frequent hospital visits. "We don’t have anything financially in order," he explained, adding that they had no insurance coverage. A GoFundMe page was created by a family friend to help cover the medical and funeral costs.

"It is with our deepest condolences that we acknowledge the passing of Taylor,” the GoFundMe page message reads, also requesting privacy for the grieving family. Cameron expressed his gratitude to Taylor’s social media community for their unwavering support, noting how much her online family meant to her.

Taylor's vibrant presence on TikTok garnered her a large following, and her fans continue to mourn the sudden loss of the influencer whose life was tragically cut short.
