Is there trouble brewing between Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori? Fans seem to think so after the rapper was spotted alone in Tokyo for the second week in a row.

While Censori has not been seen with West since September 20, the pair hasn’t confirmed any issues.

However, West’s solo outings have sparked concerns, with fans reacting to the situation online, saying, “Kanye is a narcissist and control freak. This marriage could only last for so long,” and “fingers crossed she finally wised up.”

West’s latest solo appearance involved a trip to a Jamaican restaurant in Tokyo, where he was seen enjoying jerk chicken.

According to 'TMZ', the rapper liked the food so much that he returned the same day and offered to add his signature and a design to the restaurant’s wall. Despite the public sightings, fans can’t help but wonder why his wife hasn’t been by his side lately.

Adding to the speculation are reports about West’s personal hygiene. On September 5, 'In Touch Weekly' reported that a source claimed Censori is disgusted by West’s titanium grill and his lack of upkeep.

The source stated, “He’s never been known for very good hygiene. He’s not exactly forensic about cleaning his grill, so his breath smells pretty rank a lot of the time.”

Despite her feelings, Censori reportedly plays her role as a supportive wife, telling West that his grill "looks cool and sexy" but privately expressing her discomfort to friends.

As the rumors continue to swirl, West has kept busy with performances in China, selling 42,000 tickets for his first show and 40,000 for his second.

He also recently debuted a new album titled 'Bully' and premiered a track called “Beauty and the Beast.”
