Fawad says CJ Isa wants extension at all costs

ISLAMABAD:

Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry said Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa wants extension at all costs.

He made these remarks outside the accountability court. Fawad Chaudhry said the Supreme Court judges are at odds, adding the discord among judges is leading to tense atmosphere in the top court.

He said the PTI founding chairman's call regarding judiciary will raise the political temperature. The former minister said the way CJP is managing the affairs of the Supreme Court raises concerns. This is not a good omen for the country's stability, he added.
