Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are said to be the new owners of George Clooney’s former mansion in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the model and San Francisco 49ers running back acquired the Fryman Canyon estate from the “Ocean’s Eleven” actor for $14.5 million, as reported on Sunday.
The 7,000 square-foot residence features six bedrooms and provides ample privacy due to its secluded location and dense tree coverage, according to the outlet.
The estate spans 3.1 acres and includes separate guest houses, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.
The Oscar-winning actor, 63, had lived in the property for almost three decades, having bought it from Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million back in 1995.
George and his wife Amal Clooney, who married in 2014, are also said to have properties in Italy, Mexico, England, New York City, and France.
Culpo and McCaffrey reportedly acquired the Oscar winner’s Los Angeles residence after they wed in Rhode Island over the summer.
The “Culpo Sisters” star previously hinted at plans to grow their family, joking in October 2023 that she intended to “rip out [her] IUD” and “start trying immediately” following the wedding.
The former Miss Universe, 32, already owned a $3.5 million mansion in Encino, Los Angeles.
She purchased this home prior to McCaffrey’s trade to the 49ers in 2022, and they have been using it as their primary residence during the NFL offseason.
In 2021, Culpo shared with Architectural Digest that she selected the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house to escape the “noise” of Hollywood.
“I realized I really wanted something that felt more calming, like a sanctuary almost. A respite from the city,” she said at the time.
It remains unknown whether the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model intends to sell the property, as her representatives did not respond to Page Six for comment.
On McCaffrey’s side, he put his North Carolina estate on the market for $12.5 million earlier this year after moving to the 49ers and relocating to the Bay Area.
The 28-year-old pro athlete also sold his Charlotte, NC, condo for $3 million last year.
