Gold prices in Pakistan have once again surged.
The price of 24K gold climbed to Rs 280,000 per tola on Saturday, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Meanwhile, the price of 24K gold per 10 grams rose to Rs 240,060, while the price per gram stood at Rs 24,006.
Similarly, the price of 24K gold per ounce also jumped to Rs 680,400,
Other gold categories also experienced increases.
The price of 22K gold reached Rs 256,666 per tola, with 10 grams costing Rs 220,055 while the price per gram stood at Rs 22,005.5.
Meanwhile, 22K gold per ounce was priced at Rs 623,700.
Similarly, the price for 21K gold rose to Rs 245,000 per tola.
The price of 10 grams stood Rs 210,052.5, while the cost per gram was Rs 21,005.25.
The per ounce price for 21K gold rose to PKR 595,350.
The price of 18K gold also saw significant rise. It was priced at Rs 210,000 per tola, with 10 grams costing Rs 180,045
Meanwhile, the price per gram reached Rs 18,004.5. Additionally, 18K gold per ounce was valued at Rs 510,300.
