The Sindh police chief has said that appointing reputable officers at police stations and ensuring timely redressal of complaints are top priorities for his force.

During a meeting at the Central Police Office on Friday, IGP Ghulam Nabi Memon shared plans to transition the complaint cell to a paperless system to improve the handling of various complaints, particularly those related to women's and children's rights. The meeting reviewed the overall performance and reforms of the Complaint Cell. The IGP Complaint Cell, accessible through the CMS Portal, receives public complaints via letter, telephone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
