Tiktoker Nadeem Mubarak 'Naniwala' released: No evidence found

The court rejected the investigative officer's request to send Nadeem to jail.

The Cantt Court in Lahore has ordered the release of TikToker Nadeem Mubarak, known as Nadeem Naniwala, in a case involving the illegal use of fancy number plate "IK 804."

The police had sought a 14-day judicial remand for Nadeem.

However, the court stated that there was no evidence to substantiate the allegations against him, and there was also no recovery statement on record. either.

The court rejected the investigative officer's request to send Nadeem to jail.

The court discharged Nadeem Mubarak from the case and him to be released, if he was not wanted in any other case.

The Defence police had arrested TikToker Nadeem Naniwala on September 24 for allegedly displaying the number plate "IK 804" on his vehicle.

Nadeem was caught during a routine check near Main Boulevard Defence, where the number plate on his car was found to be illegal.

The police immediately took the TikToker into custody at the scene. Following the arrest, Defence Police seized the vehicle and registered a case against Nadeem for the illegal use of a fancy number plate.

The car, was impounded, and an official complaint was lodged by the police.
