Music mogul Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, is facing new rape allegations from Thalia Graves, who, alongside her attorney Gloria Allred, held a press conference on Tuesday.

Graves has filed a lawsuit claiming that Diddy violently raped her in 2001 at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City.

At the time, Graves was 25 and dating a Bad Boy Records executive. She alleges that Diddy lured her into his lounge and office, drugged her, and raped her on a pool table. Additionally, she claims that Diddy's head of security also assaulted her, and that the attack was filmed and later shown to her boyfriend and other men.

Graves says the trauma from the incident has caused her suicidal thoughts, which resurfaced in November 2023 when she learned of the alleged tape’s existence following Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy. An emotional Graves also revealed she was going through a difficult time during the assault, including a divorce, and it has been hard for her to form relationships with others. Intrusive thoughts and nightmares have also been a struggle for her.

Diddy is currently in custody in New York City, facing separate charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He was arrested on September 16, 2024, by U.S. Homeland Security investigators and has since pled not guilty.

Despite offering a $50 million bond, Diddy was denied bail by federal judges due to concerns about potential witness intimidation. He remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
