Kim Kardashian’s legal team has taken swift action against a social media user on X (formerly Twitter) who claimed she was under FBI investigation related to Sean "Diddy" Combs’ infamous tapes. The claims arose after Diddy’s recent arrest in Manhattan on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. According to a cease and desist order sent by Kardashian’s lawyer, Christina Davis, the user’s statements were “false and defamatory” and demanded the immediate removal of the post.
The social media user, @ShadowofEzra, had shared a video suggesting that Kardashian was involved in Diddy’s legal troubles, accusing her of blackmail and drugging men. In response, Kardashian's lawyer firmly stated, “Your statements claiming Ms. Kardashian has committed crimes or is involved or being investigated for crimes are categorically false and illegal.” The legal notice further warned that if the post was not removed, Kardashian would pursue legal action.
Despite receiving the legal order, the user remained defiant, stating, “Their threats and intimidation are pointless—nothing can stop what's about to unfold.” The user also claimed that they had become “a target of Balenciaga’s most powerful partner.”
While some netizens dismissed the post as fake, others debated the authenticity of the claims, with one user commenting, “If it wasn't true, why not ignore it like other silly rumours and nastiness online?”
