According to the federal indictment, Combs allegedly leveraged his celebrity status to organize these notorious "Freak Off" sessions, during which women were reportedly coerced into sexual acts under the influence of drugs, with male commercial sex workers present while Combs recorded videos of these encounters.

Although Joe Budden, who teamed up with Combs in 2018 to produce the talk show 'State of the Culture', is not implicated in the legal case, the timing of the video's resurfacing has fueled speculation about his involvement in these events.

Combs, 54, faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transporting individuals for prostitution. If found guilty, he could be sentenced to between 15 years and life in prison.

After pleading not guilty to the sex trafficking allegations, Combs was denied bail. A federal judge in New York ordered him to remain in custody, citing prosecutors' concerns that he poses a "serious flight risk".
