Sean "Diddy" Combs has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping, with allegations centering around his notorious "Freak Off" parties.

These events, described in the indictment as violent and exploitative, allegedly involved elaborate sex performances organized and directed by Diddy, who is accused of coercing women into participating.

During a raid at Diddy’s Miami Beach mansion, law enforcement discovered firearms, ammunition, drugs, and large amounts of baby oil and lubricant—items allegedly linked to these "Freak Off" parties.

According to the federal indictment, Diddy would lure women into his orbit under the pretense of romantic relationships, using force, threats, and coercion to compel them into engaging in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers.

The indictment also claims that Diddy would record these encounters and, afterward, he and the victims would use IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.

The charges span over a decade, from 2008 to the present, and include accusations of drug distribution involving cocaine, oxycodone, and the "date rape" drug GHB. Prosecutors allege that Diddy used his media and entertainment empire as a front to maintain power and fulfill personal desires, particularly through the exploitation of women.

Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, strongly denies the charges, stating, "He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal." If convicted, Diddy could face decades in prison. He is set to appear before a federal judge to formally hear the charges.

Diddy was arrested on Monday evening by Homeland Security agents following the federal indictment. The arrest took place in New York, just hours after Diddy was seen walking with his son, Christian "King" Combs, in Manhattan.

Thirty minutes before the arrest, he was outside his hotel, casually chatting with fans, reportedly aware that an indictment was imminent but unsure of the exact timing.
