KARACHI: Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan has lifted the ban on pillion riding for motorcycles in Karachi with immediate effect. “The ban has been lifted for the public after an improvement in the law and order situation,” his spokesman quoted him as saying on Sataurday.
