RAWALPINDI:

The City Traffic Police has formed two Anti-Encroachment Squads to help with the elimination of encroachments in Rawalpindi city and cantonment areas.

The squads will assist the district administration, police and other relevant departments in anti-encroachment operations.

According to officials, two senior traffic wardens have been appointed as in-charges of the Anti-Encroachment Squads, and 28 officers and personnel of traffic police have been assigned responsibilities for the purpose.
