The Punjab Arts Council, in collaboration with Bazm-e-Ahbaab-e-Qalam Pakistan, organised a Naat competition as part of the celebrations for Eid Milad-un-Nabi.

The Naat competition was divided into junior and senior categories, with Muhammad Abdul Wasay, Ali Hassan Siddiqui, and Maria Jaber securing the top three positions in the junior section. In the senior section, Abdul Rehman took first place, followed by Zardana Ismail and Hooria Zeeshan.

The event was presided over by Muhammad Sharif Shad, with Naseem Sehar serving as the chief guest. Other notable guests included Arts Council Director Sajjad Hussain, Bazm-e-Ahbaab-e-Qalam founder Ali Asghar Samar, and Professor Hafiz Usman Ahmed.

Muhammad Sharif Shad emphasised that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the final messenger, and there is no need for any prophet after him. Chief guest Naseem Sehar highlighted that by following the Prophet's teachings, success can be achieved both in this life and the hereafter.
