Cardi B has welcomed her third child, a baby girl, with her estranged husband, Offset. The rapper announced the birth on Instagram, sharing a series of photos and videos from the occasion, including her sister Hennessy and Offset present with their two other children, Kulture, 6, and Wave, 2. Cardi, 31, captioned the post, “the prettiest lil thing,” alongside pink flower and heart emojis, revealing that the baby was born on September 7, 2024.

Fans celebrated the news in the comments, with one writing, “Congratulations!! You rocked that pregnancy!” Another added, “Omgggg that was fast lol. Congrats sis! Love you always.” Yung Miami, one half of the City Girls, also congratulated Cardi, commenting with heart emojis.

Cardi first announced her pregnancy in August, filing for divorce from Offset at the same time. In her initial post, she wrote, “With every ending comes a new beginning!” and thanked her unborn child for renewing her strength and bringing her more love and life. Cardi filed for divorce, citing that their marriage was “irretrievably broken,” but Offset's presence at the birth sparked conversations about their relationship.

Sources told PEOPLE that the divorce wasn’t due to cheating rumors but had been "a long time coming." Cardi previously filed for divorce in 2020, later reconciling with Offset before filing again in August.
