Sean "Diddy" Combs is making headlines once again, this time for putting his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion on the market for a staggering $61 million.

Page Six has exclusively learned that the hip-hop mogul has officially listed the property, following weeks of speculation that the luxury home would soon be up for sale.

Insiders reveal that Diddy’s decision to sell the estate, located in Los Angeles’ prestigious "Platinum Triangle," was long planned and isn’t related to recent controversies.

The property was raided by Homeland Security in March as part of an investigation, though Combs has never been charged with any wrongdoing. “The sale comes as no surprise to insiders, despite the recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul,” a source close to the rapper told Page Six.

Diddy originally purchased the estate ten years ago for $40 million. Situated in the ultra-exclusive "Billionaire’s Row," his neighbors include some of the biggest names in entertainment, tech, and fashion, such as Kylie Jenner, tech moguls Evan Spiegel and Sean Parker, music executives Irving Azoff and Jimmy Iovine, and fashion heiress Alexandra Von Furstenberg.

The two-story, 13,000-square-foot mega-mansion sits on 1.3 acres of prime Beverly Hills real estate.

A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the recently remodeled estate, designed with classic European influences.

The home features an opulent paneled entry foyer with a sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.

The mansion’s amenities are as impressive as its size. It boasts a state-of-the-art theater that seats 35 guests, a two-story guest house with a gym, recording studio, and additional guest bedrooms, and lush outdoor spaces that include expansive lawns, mature trees, and formal gardens.

The outdoor area is equally stunning, featuring a resort-like swimming pool complete with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, a spa house, and an outdoor loggia equipped with a BBQ, bar, and pizza oven.

Sources say Combs, now an empty nester, decided to sell the property as he’s made his primary residence on Star Island in Miami for years.

“Now that his children are grown… the empty nester has decided to sell the property, marking a significant moment in LA real estate,” added the source.
