Lopez plays a lead role in the film, which was produced by Damon and Affleck’s production company, Artists Equity.
An onlooker previously informed People that Lopez, 55, and Damon, 53, talked for more than 20 minutes during the gathering at The Ritz-Carlton’s EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace.

According to the insider, they “began talking and had a long, deep conversation.”
Their conversation reportedly started when J.Lo joined the "Jason Bourne" actor and his wife, Luciana Damon, at an outdoor table.
Affleck, 52, was absent from the TIFF premiere.

The occasion marked Lopez's first red carpet appearance since filing for divorce from Affleck on August 20 — the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding.
The "Let’s Get Loud" singer made a fashion statement in a shimmering Tamara Ralph dress with open sides, secured by black velvet bows.
She paired the eye-catching look with metallic platform shoes, a Judith Leiber handbag, and Hassanzadeh diamonds.
While there seems to be no tension between Lopez and Matt, the "Instigators" star also showed his support for Affleck during his highly publicized separation.
Shortly after Lopez’s divorce filing, the "Argo" actor was seen having dinner with Matt, Luciana, and their daughters at the popular Italian restaurant Toscana in Los Angeles.
The recently single father of three appeared to be in high spirits as he arrived alone and met the family inside the venue.
