Megan Thee Stallion and RM of BTS have joined forces once again, dropping their new single “Neva Play” on Friday, September 6.

Released just days after the pair teased the collaboration on social media, the track highlights both artists' rapping abilities, each taking turns to deliver their signature style.

Megan, who had previously collaborated with BTS on the remix of their hit “Butter,” shared her excitement on social media days before the release.

“This is one of my favorite RM verses I’ve heard!” she wrote, adding that she had never heard RM rap in such a style before. She followed up with a tweet promoting the release: “NEVA PLAY WITH RM OUT FRIDAY HOTTIES X ARMY 🔥💸 #MEGJOON.”

The track follows a series of exciting projects for both artists. Megan Thee Stallion recently celebrated her album Megan debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 in July, and was featured in a major Pepsi campaign alongside NFL star Travis Kelce.

Meanwhile, BTS members, including RM, have been pursuing solo work while fulfilling their mandatory military service in South Korea. RM’s album Right Place, Wrong Person landed at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 earlier this year.

Fans of both artists can stream “Neva Play” now.
