Former US President Donald Trump has once again found himself at the center of online attention, this time for a viral video showing him dancing at a Moms for Liberty event in Washington DC.

As the US Presidential election approaches in November, social media has been buzzing with posts about Trump and current Vice President Kamala Harris.

However, it was Trump’s dance moves at the event on Friday that quickly captured the internet’s interest.

The 78-year-old Trump was seen briefly dancing alongside Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, to upbeat music.

The video, which concludes with Trump hugging Justice and kissing her on the cheek, was shared by Bo Loudon, a friend of Trump’s son Barron, on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

Loudon captioned the video, “TRUMP JUST ENDED HIS MOMS FOR LIBERTY EVENT WITH HIS IMPRESSIVE DANCE MOVES! MOMS LOVE DONALD TRUMP! Kamala definitely doesn’t want you to share this!”

Since being posted on August 31, the video has garnered over a million views, sparking a range of reactions from social media users. While some praised Trump’s charisma, others were less impressed.

“Are you a parody or do you have total lack of awareness?” one user commented. Another added, “He’s the worst version of the creepy, unstable uncle in the family.” A third user simply called it a “clown dance.”

Moms for Liberty, a national nonprofit organization, has been active in advocating for the removal of LGBTQ+ identity and structural racism from K-12 education.

Trump’s participation in this event, which included a “fireside chat,” was aimed at energizing his base of over 130,000 conservative parents who support his education policies, according to an AP report.

Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris, who recently became the Democratic presidential nominee, has also been making headlines.

In her first interview since her nomination, Harris focused on the economy, stating that her top priority would be strengthening the middle class.

“Prices, in particular for groceries, are still too high.

The American people know it. I know it,” Harris told CNN’s Dana Bash, emphasizing her commitment to addressing the economic concerns of everyday Americans.
