Model Nina Agdal has filed a lawsuit against social media influencer Hassan Haider, accusing him of spreading false and defamatory claims about her online.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Agdal alleges that Haider fabricated a story in August and September 2023, falsely claiming that he had a sexual encounter with her in a Los Angeles bar bathroom after offering her cocaine.
Agdal contends that Haider shared these falsehoods on social media, including in a livestream and a YouTube video, to boost his online presence.
The lawsuit also links Haider’s actions to a smear campaign orchestrated by MMA fighter Dillon Danis, who targeted Agdal in a series of online posts as part of a promotional effort for his October 2023 fight against her fiancé, Logan Paul.
Agdal is suing for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, seeking unspecified damages for the harm caused by these allegations.
