PESHAWAR:

Another passenger arriving from Muscat has been transferred to the Police Services Hospital as it was suspected that he may be infected with mpox. However, the patient's tests turned out to be negative. So far, there are two confirmed cases of mpox in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa from Mardan and Nowshera. Sources report that during the screening of passengers on a flight arriving from Muscat, a 24-year-old passenger showed some symptoms, leading to his direct transfer to Police Services Hospital.
