The two discussed various topics of mutual interest and ways to improve regional security. Gen Allen also met with US Embassy staff and received updates on the US security assistance mission to Pakistan. Gen Allen’s trip to Pakistan also included a visit to 11th Corps Headquarters in Peshawar for an operational update and discussions about security near the Pakistan and Afghanistan border.

"SITS DOWN" with Kiyani?? I really didnt understand headline. Isnt it a given that people sit down when they have meetings. Or did the reporter wanted to say " show down" or heart to heart instead of SITS DOWN.
Need aids from congress, expand wars.
