KARACHI:

Sindh Minister for Education Sardar Ali Shah, has called for a modernisation of college education in the province to align with contemporary world's needs.

He said this during a meeting of the Department of College Education.

The minister highlighted the importance of incorporating skill-based education, information technology, fine arts, and other new subjects to help students make well-informed career choices.

He emphasised the importance of advising students on choosing computer and IT subjects.

Additionally, he directed the creation of positions for fine arts lecturers and music instructors.
