In the photos, Lively sported floral shorts and a coral bikini top, while Reynolds wore a pink short-sleeved button-up shirt and a blue cap.

This appearance is Lively’s first since a reporter criticized her for an awkward interaction in 2016, which led the journalist to consider leaving journalism.

During an interview, Lively made a sarcastic remark about Norwegian reporter Kjersti Flaa’s “bump” after Flaa congratulated her on her pregnancy, though Flaa was not expecting at the time.

Flaa has since disclosed her infertility, describing the interview as a “nightmare” and the “most uncomfortable … situation.”

Lively also faced backlash earlier this week over her past use of transgender slurs in interviews, which resurfaced amid speculations of behind-the-scenes conflict with her “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni.

A source previously informed Page Six that Baldoni made Lively feel “uncomfortable,” especially regarding her weight after she had her fourth child, son Olin, while working on the film.

Earlier this month, another insider mentioned that Lively’s impatience on set created “obvious” tension between the cast, as she and Baldoni clashed over the film’s final edit.

The director, who now suggests Lively could direct a potential sequel, felt “sidelined” and creatively constrained by Lively’s decisions about the movie.

It is uncertain whether Baldoni will return for a possible follow-up film.
