A 10-month-old boy, who had suffered severe injuries along with his parents when their motorcycle was hit by a police van, died on Saturday.
According to police sources, Muhammad Amjad, a resident of Chak No 259EB, his wife and two kids were travelling on a motorcycle when it was hit by the speeding police van.
Resultantly, they suffered severe injuries, while the police officials allegedly drove away the van after the accident.
Rescue 1122 officials shifted the injured persons to the tehsil headquarters hospital, where the infant, Faizan, succumbed to his injuries.
