Tom Ford Beauty has announced Angelina Jolie as the face of its new Runway Lip Color range, a collection of hydrating lipsticks set to launch on September 3. The American actress and filmmaker will represent the Estée Lauder Companies-owned fashion and beauty brand in a campaign featuring 18 shades, including the deep red glossy hue "16 Scarlet Rouge," which Jolie wears in the promotional material.

Photographed by renowned photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the campaign captures Jolie in a cinematic setting, studying for a film role. According to Tom Ford Beauty, the campaign portrays "a character that loves the camera almost as much as it loves her."

In a statement, Tom Ford Beauty explained the decision to select Jolie as their ambassador, citing her status as “always iconic.” The brand described Jolie as “an inveterate trailblazer” who drives her personal narrative with "strength, confidence, and an uncompromising commitment to self-expression." The statement further highlighted Jolie’s accolades, including an Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Tony Award, noting her influence extends beyond the arts through her humanitarian work focusing on refugees and human rights.

Jolie joins a prestigious lineup of Tom Ford Beauty ambassadors, which includes South Korean actors Gong Yoo and Hyun Bin. This partnership marks another high-profile beauty collaboration for Jolie, who has previously worked with Guerlain for its Mon Guerlain fragrance and MAC Cosmetics on a makeup range inspired by her role in Disney's Maleficent.

Tom Ford Beauty recently appointed Dexter King as Senior Vice President and Global General Manager, with the goal of expanding the brand’s global presence across makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
