Halle Berry has leveled serious allegations against her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, amid their ongoing custody battle over their 10-year-old son, Maceo. In recently updated court documents, Berry accused Martinez of conspiring with a former employee, named Erica, to spread false information about her to their son's therapist.

Berry, who has been married three times, claimed that Martinez attempted to undermine her relationship with Maceo by "influencing Maceo's therapist to view [Halle] as a risk to Maceo by communicating false stories" through Erica. The actress further alleged that Erica contacted the therapist "per Olivier's request" and requested a confidential conversation to discuss her time in Berry's household, according to a report by In Touch.

Berry noted that Erica's email contained a misspelling of a long-time employee's name, which she found suspicious. The actress claimed this error indicated Martinez's involvement, as he had previously made the same mistake. Berry alleged, "Olivier lied and went behind my back trying to dig up negative information about me from a former employee and pressuring her to speak to [the therapist] without obtaining my consent."

Berry's declaration also revealed that after filing a lawsuit against Erica, she learned Martinez had pressured the former employee to contact the therapist by offering a referral for employment and dictating what she should say in the email. Despite the pressure, Erica reportedly believed Berry was an "excellent mother" and disclosed that Martinez had fabricated the therapist's interest in speaking to her.

These allegations are part of Berry's recent move to seek sole legal custody of Maceo, following the denial of her co-parenting petition earlier this month. Berry had sought to compel Martinez to participate in co-parenting therapy, but the request was denied after Martinez postponed the sessions due to travel plans.

With these latest developments, the custody battle between Berry and Martinez shows no signs of resolution.
