In a recent interview with Ahmad Ali Butt, the Ishq Tamasha actor praised his fellow co-actor Hiba Bukhari while mentioning how, "She knows the art of saying no." Junaid and Hiba first appeared on screen in the drama serial Silsilay, and have made numerous appearances in various series and shows together since then.

While the Pakistani drama industry is hard to navigate, Junaid remains in awe of Hiba's professionalism in this field. He admitted, "I always identified this as a weakness, obliging and saying yes but it is very important to know where to say no." Amongst other topics of conversation in the podcast, the actor and songwriter successfully imparted a strong message to the viewers around creating boundaries and remaining steadfast on them.

The praise was well received by Hiba who took to her Instagram Story to appreciate Junaid. She penned, "You are an amazing person! I have learned alot from you" as the actor recalled her experience working with the Call vocalist. While the actors remember each other through various media platforms, it is necessary to acknowledge that the industry, with its competitive landscape, demands individuals to be transparent and cognisant of their boundaries and behaviours.

The podcast hosted by Butt also discussed Junaid's musical career with the band Call, acting journey throughout the years, reasons behind creating his own production, and the difference between Karachi and Lahore's industry. The Jilawatan crooner delved into his first acting offer, and maintained that the script and role are more necessary than other elements. Junaid is currently set to explore his career further in production, and possibly in the film industry if a project features a well-written role and storyline.
