Lahore police arrest man for harassing schoolgirls

CCTV footage confirmed the suspect's inappropriate behaviour towards the girls

Dolphin Squad swiftly responded to a harassment call and arrested a man accused of making inappropriate advances toward schoolgirls in Walton Peer Colony on Wednesday, Express News reported.

According to the Dolphin Squad spokesperson, the incident was reported via a call to the emergency helpline 15, where it was alleged that a man was harassing school-going girls in the area.

The squad promptly apprehended the suspect, identified as Abu Bakr, during an operation in Walton Peer Colony.

CCTV footage confirmed the suspect's inappropriate behaviour towards the girls. The accused has been handed over to Factory Area Police Station for further action.

SP Dolphin Shah Meer Khalid stated, "Those involved in the sexual exploitation of children deserve no leniency. Strict action will be taken."
