Men posing as policemen rob student of Rs400,000 forex in Islamabad

After the student exchanged rupees for euros, five unknown individuals robbed him outside the exchange.

Robbers disguised as police officers made off with over Rs400,000 worth of foreign currency from a student, in Islamabad's F-10 area.

The incident has been reported at Shalimar Police Station.

According to the report, the student stated that after exchanging Pakistani currency for euros at a money exchange, he encountered five unknown individuals.

These individuals deceitfully took the foreign currency from him, along with his ID card, ATM card, and three mobile phones.

Among the five, two posed as police officers and one as a military personnel.
