In an earlier interview, Nazish Jahangir was asked by the host to name a Pakistani actress who has gained more popularity due to luck rather than talent.

In response, Jahangir mentioned Dur-e-Fishan Saleem, the star of the popular drama serial "Ishq Murshid," suggesting that her success in the industry was more due to her good fortune than talent.

This remark sparked a debate on social media, with many fans of Dur-e-Fishan Saleem criticising Jahangir for her comments.

However, in a recent interview, Nazish Jahangir revisited her statement and offered an explanation.

She clarified that her words were misinterpreted, and what she meant was that if an actor is fortunate, they are more likely to get good projects.

She praised Dur-e-Fishan Saleem's success, attributing it to both her talent and good fortune.

Jahangir further stated that she believes talent alone isn’t always enough, and good luck plays a crucial role in achieving success.

She emphasised that she always supports and praises her fellow actresses, adding that she is proud of Dur-e-Fishan Saleem's work.

It is noteworthy that Dur-e-Fishan Saleem has quickly risen to fame, earning recognition through blockbuster dramas such as "Jeevan Ki Aas," "Khuda Aur Mohabbat," "Ishq Murshid," and "Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi."
