KE dismayed by PTI MNA's remarks

K-Electric has condemned the PTI MNA's remarks regarding the attire of a woman official of the power utility during a standing committee meeting.

Taking to his X handle, CEO Moonis Alvi tweeted that the power utility was proud of its women employees whose professionalism and competence had driven the company to new frontiers.

"Unfortunately, recent remarks by certain individuals in positions of authority, made about a colleague of ours in their absence, are neither in line with the decorum of an elected position nor with the values we hold as a company or those we should uphold as a society," he wrote.
