Three terrorists killed, one injured in North Waziristan IBO: ISPR
At least three terrorists were killed, and one was captured injured during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted by security forces in the Razmak area of North Waziristan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, on Friday, the military said.
"During the operation, intense fire exchange took place between our troops and the Khawarij, resulting in three Khawarij of Fitna al Khawarij being sent to hell, while one was injured," the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated.
Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the killed terrorists, who had been actively involved in attacks against security forces and the target killing of civilians.
The military’s media wing added that sanitisation of the area is ongoing to eliminate any remaining terrorists, reaffirming the security forces' commitment to eradicating the threat of terrorism from the country.
