Kevin Hart admits cheating on pregnant wife Eniko while high on Molly amid JT Jackson extortion case

Kevin Hart revealed that he used the hallucinogenic drug Molly the weekend he cheated on his wife Eniko in 2017 while she was pregnant with their first child.

In a deposition from August 6, part of a lawsuit filed by Jonathan “JT” Jackson, Hart described how a friend, whose identity he kept private, pressured him to take the drug.

Despite his initial reluctance, saying, “No, I don’t really f–k with drugs like that,” Hart admitted, “F–k it, I said, and I put it in my drink.”

Hart, 45, recounted meeting Montia Sabbag, with whom he had sex while in Las Vegas. He detailed bringing Montia and another woman named Morgan to his hotel room. Morgan eventually left, and Hart and Montia fell asleep.

“I did not have sex with [Montia] that night,” he noted. “I had sex with her the following morning. She woke me up.”

Hart reflected on how Montia seemed to be positioning herself near a hidden camera that later recorded a sex tape used to extort him. He suspected that someone had hidden the camera beforehand since he didn’t notice Montia leaving the bed.

Jackson, Hart’s friend, was arrested about a year after the tape’s release, facing two felony counts of extortion, but the charges were dropped in 2021. Jackson’s recent lawsuit claims that Hart fabricated evidence and breached a settlement agreement.

The lawsuit states that Hart was supposed to make a public statement declaring Jackson’s innocence and acknowledging that the scandal had cost him a valuable friendship.

Instead, Hart’s Instagram post only mentioned that Jackson had “been found not guilty” and that “those charges have been dropped against him.” Jackson argues this statement did not sufficiently clear his name and is seeking over $12 million in damages and a trial.
