Rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent is receiving accolades from the Shreveport Chief of Police for successfully organizing and executing a major comedy and music festival that was notably free of any crime incidents. The four-day "Humor & Harmony" event, featuring top comedians like Dave Chappelle and Katt Williams and performances by DaBaby, Master P, and 50 Cent himself, drew large crowds to the city known for its crime challenges.

However, the festival concluded without a single reported incident, thanks in part to 50 Cent's team's efforts in security and planning. Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith expressed his gratitude to 50 Cent, stating he hadn't witnessed such positive activity in the downtown area since the late 1980s.

The festival, which also included a celebrity basketball game, a car show, and a G-Dome, was entirely for charity, with all proceeds donated to 50 Cent's G-Unity Foundation. This successful event showcases 50 Cent's positive impact on the community and his dedication to giving back.
