A man has been arrested for attempting to kill his wife by poisoning in Dera Ghazi Khan.
According to officials, a call was received at the Virtual Women Police Station regarding a woman being poisoned. Police and rescue teams transferred the woman to a hospital, where doctors saved her life.
The police arrested the husband and initiated legal proceedings, a spokesperson for the Punjab Safe Cities Authority said. The woman stated that her husband had poisoned her.
