During a meeting with Dr Salah bin Muhammad Al-Budair, Imam of Masjid Nabawi, Maryam highlighted her commitment to following a path guided by historical principles of leadership.
The Imam's visit, which took place at the Chief Minister's office, was marked by a warm reception, underscoring the deep cultural and strategic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
In her speech, Maryam Nawaz reminisced about her family's longstanding relationship with the Saudi royal family, stating, "Our powerhouse is not just in Lahore, but Madina knows us just as well."
She also mentioned her recent discussions with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, expressing mutual desires to serve the people diligently. Dr Al-Budair reinforced the enduring partnership between the two nations, comparing Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to "two stars shining together in the sky."
