In yet another episode of social media trolling, Pakistani actor Armeena Khan's husband, Fesl Khan, has become the target of online hate for his skin colour. But the Bin Roye, known for her grace and poise, isn't letting the trolls have the last word.

Recently, the actor took to Instagram to address a hurtful comment that predicted her future children would inherit a darker complexion. The comment struck a nerve, but Armeena's response was anything but passive. She penned a powerful note, slamming the colourist mentality while celebrating the beauty of all skin tones.

"There is nothing wrong with dark-skinned children. What a shameful comment. It is old but I just have seen it now. Kids are a blessing. One needs to pray for a healthy child. Also, turns out, you cannot predict the skin colour of a child. My girl has a lighter skin tone than even me, and it is not a flex. I would have loved her all the same if she was darker. Also, I personally love dark skin. I married tall, dark, and handsome," she wrote.

Armeena and Fesl tied the knot in 2020. Posting a loved-up picture with Fesl, Armeena attached an adorable caption to break the news. "My valentines, forever and forever," she wrote.

The rumour mills went in overdrive and shortly thereafter, Fesl took it upon himself to officiate the news. "Ladies and gentlemen, presenting my wife, Mrs Khan," he wrote, continuing with a heartfelt ode to his wife.

"Armeena, I'll give you my friends and take from you your enemies. Time to create magic, time to create a legacy," he added. The love is almost overflowing from this one post! "We were born to be one. Welcome to our journey, with special love to those closest to us. Wishing everyone happiness on this Valentine's 2020," he ended.
