Justin Timberlake was arrested on DWI charges in the Hamptons this summer and was found with a variety of items.
After refusing a breathalyzer test, Timberlake was handcuffed and transported to the Sag Harbor Village Police Department, where Officer Michael Arkinson took stock of his belongings.
The “Mirrors” singer had a vape pen, a Rolex watch, a gold ring, and $306 in cash on him at the time of his arrest, according to the Daily Mail.
On June 18, Timberlake was stopped for running a stop sign and swerving after a night out at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY.
The 43-year-old musician failed several field sobriety tests, showing signs of intoxication such as poor balance and difficulty following instructions, as reported by police.
Despite being booked, Timberlake’s friend was allowed to drive his BMW home.
Timberlake was reportedly following a couple to their home when he was stopped. Although the couple attempted to help, police allowed the woman to drive Timberlake’s rental car to her place, where Timberlake was staying.
Timberlake’s legal team plans to argue that the woman’s own drinking compromised the police’s assessment of the situation.
The singer pleaded not guilty in court last week.
