Donald Trump’s presidential campaign took an interesting detour today as the former president appeared in a livestream hosted by streamer Adin Ross.
The livestream, hosted on Kick, peaked with over 580,000 viewers. Ross, known for his controversial content, has become a popular figure among Gen-Z males, making him an ideal conduit for Trump to reach a younger audience.
Ross, previously banned from Twitch for using racial slurs and hosting controversial figures, has continued his antics on Kick, including hosting known white supremacist Nick Fuentes.
His terms-of-service-breaking content, like streaming the Super Bowl and scrolling through PornHub, has garnered significant attention.
During the stream, Ross presented Trump with a Rolex watch and later discussed Fani Willis, the district attorney who filed an indictment against Trump for alleged election interference in 2020.
Ross mentioned his friend, rapper Young Thug, and questioned Trump about ensuring fair treatment for him.
Trump, who has a history of pardoning rappers like Lil Wayne and commuting sentences for others like Kodak Black, responded, "He's gotta be treated fair."
The stream also featured Trump offering one-word comments on various celebrities and politicians, including Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.
The session concluded with Ross gifting Trump a Tesla Cybertruck with a custom wrap, featuring a famous picture of Trump.
The stream ended with Ross and Trump driving the Cybertruck as "YMCA" played them out.
