Playwright granted opportunity to engage lawyer

An anti-terrorism court judge accepting complainant playwright Khalilur Rehman Qamar's request for engaging a lawyer in this case adjourned proceeding by August 6 on a post arrest bail of accused Amna Aruj allegedly involved in kidnapping aforesaid for ransom.

As proceedings commenced, Qamar appeared before the court contending that he just came to know a day before that accused had filed her post arrest bail so he requests the court to give him an opportunity to engage a lawyer for properly assistance of the court.

However, the judge accepting his request fixed next date.
