Harrison Ford, set to play an antagonist in the upcoming "Captain America: Brave New World," recently entertained fans with his candid responses to Marvel-related questions at the 2024 San Diego Comic-Con. The 82-year-old actor, known for his straightforwardness, did not shy away from showing his nonchalance towards the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) lore during the event.

In an interview with Screen Rant, Ford was asked a detailed question about "Deadpool & Wolverine" and the concept of anchor beings from Earth 616. Confused by the term "Earth 616," Ford responded, “616? I am in universe 616? Yeah, I’m out of my orbit,” before walking away, visibly puzzled.

During a panel with the cast of "Captain America: Brave New World," including Anthony Mackie, Entertainment Weekly’s Gerrad Hall asked Ford to compare his iconic characters, Indiana Jones and Thaddeus Ross, by inquiring who deals better with snakes. Ford dismissed the question, comparing it to the long-debated "Who shot first, Greedo or Han Solo?" argument among "Star Wars" fans. He stated, “I will not answer that stupid question,” displaying his trademark blend of respect and disdain for such queries.

In another moment, when asked if he really didn’t know who Red Hulk was, Ford sarcastically replied, “No, thank you very much. That’s how dumb I am,” before admitting he was aware of the character and was merely teasing MCU fans.

Fans appreciated Ford’s humorous and honest attitude, finding his lack of concern for Marvel lore amusing. Reactions on social media were light-hearted, with many celebrating his genuine hilarity.

Harrison Ford will portray Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, also known as Red Hulk, in "Captain America: Brave New World," set to release on February 14, 2025.
