Pak volleyball team off to Bahrain for Asian event

The prestigious under-18 event will have talented young players in Asia competing

The Pakistan U18 Volleyball Team is set to depart today for the 15th Asian U-18 Volleyball Championship, which will be held in Bahrain from July 28 to August 4, 2024.

This prestigious tournament will see talented young players from across Asia compete at the highest level, showcasing their skills and determination on the international stage.

The Pakistan U-18 Volleyball Team comprises 12 skilled and dedicated players who have undergone rigorous training to prepare for this championship. The selected players are:

Talal Ahmed, Abu Bakar, Muhammad Anas, Muhammad Hassan, Jabran, Ajmal Junaid, Muhtad Ali Shah, Muhammad Junaid, Muhammad Irfan, Muhammad Yahya, Muhammad Nasir, Khizar Hayat

Muhammad Kamran is the head of the management and Muhammad Buksh Javed is team manager, ensuring that the players receive the best guidance and support during the championship.

“We are confident that our team will make Pakistan proud in this prestigious championship,” said Kamran.

“We have a talented group of players who have been training hard, and we are excited to see them in action.”

The 15th Asian U-18 Volleyball Championship is a significant event that will feature teams from various Asian countries, all vying for top honors in the region.

Pakistan’s participation in this championship highlights the country’s growing volleyball talent and its commitment to developing young athletes.
