Victim's daughter-in-law divorced, wife manhandled

A 55-year-old man committed suicide by hanging himself after his son misbehaved with him and his wife.

According to reports, Junaid Hasan, a resident of Mandi Buchiana, had a heated argument at home and he divorced his wife. The situation escalated when his parents, Ali Hassan and his wife reprimanded him. In anger, he manhandled his mother and scolded his father, Ali Hassan, before storming out of the house.

The incident left 55-year-old Ali Hassan distressed by his son's behaviour with him and his wife.

Ali Hassan took his own life by locking himself in a room and hanging himself.

Upon receiving the information, Buchiana Police Station SHO Sheikh Shoaib Ahmed and his team arrived at the scene. They took custody of the body and shifted it to the Tehsil headquarters hospital (THQ) for lrgal proceedings.

The deceased Dispenser Ali Hassan was a well-known figure in the local community. He was the son of Buchiana's well-known dispenser Muhammad Rafiq.
