FIA arrests man arrested for harassing woman on social media

The Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) Cyber Crime Circle in Rawalpindi has arrested a man for harassing a woman on social media.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the suspect, identified as Imran Tahir, was apprehended during a raid in Kasur.

The suspect was found in possession of compromising photos of the victim, which he had shared on WhatsApp to blackmail and harass her.

The suspect also demanded money from the victim and shared the images with her family members.

Authorities recovered the mobile phone and other devices used in the crime.

The suspect has been taken into custody, and an investigation has commenced.
