US President Joe Biden dead at 81?

Rumours of Joe Biden's possible death began circulating shortly after he announced on 21 July 2024 that he would not continue his campaign.

The 81-year-old president’s decision to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris as his successor came amid growing concerns about his age and health, especially after he tested positive for COVID-19 again on 17 July 2024.

The speculation gained momentum when the Virginia Project pointed out on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Biden had no scheduled events in the near future.

Additionally, discrepancies noted by users on X in Biden's official statement announcing his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race fuelled the rumours further.

This led to widespread questioning about Biden’s well-being, with investigative journalist Laura Loomer posting, "Is Biden even alive? Are we ever going to see him again?".

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones added to the narrative, suggesting that Biden is at "death's door".

These rumours have caught the attention of mainstream media and the public, leading to a frenzy of speculation and concern. Despite the growing conjecture, there has been no official confirmation or denial from the White House regarding Biden's health or well-being.
