Justice sought for shooting victim

Despite repeated protests FIR has not been lodged against the SHO of the Steel Town police station of Karachi for the death of Sara Ibrahim Sammon in the crossfire between police and robbers in Karachi on July 4.

On Friday, the Sammon Ittehad Sindh organised a protest rally in front of Badin Press Club.

At the demonstration, Sammon Ittehad Sindh leaders explained that on July 4th, Sara Samo was returning home after treatment at a Karachi hospital when SHO Agha Rashid and his police team fired indiscriminately at their car. Sara Sammon and her daughter Ghanwa Ibrahim Sammon, were injured. Sara later succumbed to her injuries.
